Advanced Student Registration
This page is for Advanced Student Registration: Advanced Cello Program, Advanced Violin Program, and Advanced Chamber Music Program. Please review program requirements (level and age) on website. Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) Class, Siblings registering for enrichment classes, Suzuki violin, viola, cello, flute, harp, and piano student pre-twinkle and up programs please use applicable registration pages.

Directions for registration to be considered complete:
Manually select to add items to your cart: Add one registration fee per family. Next add an advanced program tuition of choice to your cart for each child you are registering. You may also choose to add optional items to your cart - order additional t-shirts or make a PPSI donation. (Note: The non-refundable registration fee must be paid the same day that you submit the registration form in step 2 below. Tuition is due the same day as well unless you are applying for a scholarship or if you need to pay your tuition in installments rather than in full now, please send an email to the director to work that out. ALL bills must be paid in full by April 30th.)

Download, print, read, sign and email a pdf of your signed Participant Waiver/Liability Release and COVID Waiver located below to firstname.lastname@example.org Scroll down this page to the bottom past step 1 and 2 or click HERE
Chamber Music Program participants only: Provide a video performance of your playing on YouTube (can be made private and shared) and list link on the registration form below or fill in that you will e-mail the YouTube link on or before May 8, 2023 to email@example.com This is not an audition! The performance video is for chamber group placement and selection of repertoire purposes only.
After you have registered all of your students and added all items to your cart, please submit your payment.

Registration Fee: One per family: choose "individual fee" if registering one child or "family fee" if enrolling more than one student
Tuition Fee: Select Advanced Program Fee
